Having a little mini-me has made me more aware of all the shit out there. Not that I am a neurotic mama, but I am definitely more conscious about the what ifs.

Chose your company wisely. Surrounding yourself with people who bring you joy is important. It not only brings positivity to your life but it also brings balance. There are going to be days you aren't feeling so great and you need to have some people in your life that make things worth the while. So today, get together or just give someone a call you haven't seen in a while that brings you positive energy. It doesn't have to be someone you haven't talked to in years ( or it can be ) or it can be someone you just saw a few weeks ago. Get a little positivity life refresher from someone who matters.

We have come so far on this journey of self love! I hope that if you have read one or all these posts you have felt some what of a change in how you view yourself.  Today we are focusing on learning something new. It is a glorious Sunday morning which indicates to me, anything is possible. So today decide what it is that you want to learn! It could be something simple, or something a little more challenging that today might be the start of your learning adventure.  Some examples could be learning a new way to cook, a new exercise, painting, learning another language; the options are endless!
