Day 24

you are beautiful. you are strong. you are enough. 


Today in addition to telling yourself how great you are (which you should be doing daily), let someone know how great you think they are; but make sure this person is a stranger. 
The least acquainted you are the better. Also, make sure it is a genuine compliment to another human. We don't just want to go out there spreading meaningless words to each other. Sometimes we see someone and think "Wow, they are stunning" or "They really have great style." Tell that person! Words from a stranger can mean so much more than words from a family or friend because strangers go out of their way to tell you these things. 

Go back to a time and think about when a stranger told you something great about yourself; it felt fantastic didn't it? So now, be that person. 

Spread love, give love, and be love!

Chose your company wisely. Surrounding yourself with people who bring you joy is important. It not only brings positivity to your life but it also brings balance. There are going to be days you aren't feeling so great and you need to have some people in your life that make things worth the while. So today, get together or just give someone a call you haven't seen in a while that brings you positive energy. It doesn't have to be someone you haven't talked to in years ( or it can be ) or it can be someone you just saw a few weeks ago. Get a little positivity life refresher from someone who matters.

We have come so far on this journey of self love! I hope that if you have read one or all these posts you have felt some what of a change in how you view yourself.  Today we are focusing on learning something new. It is a glorious Sunday morning which indicates to me, anything is possible. So today decide what it is that you want to learn! It could be something simple, or something a little more challenging that today might be the start of your learning adventure.  Some examples could be learning a new way to cook, a new exercise, painting, learning another language; the options are endless! Something you don't know how to do today is something you can learn how to do.  I found an awesome 8 step tutorial on Pinterest on watercolor painting!
